A 70-minute lymphatic drainage session runs $150 with a staff therapist, $200 with an expert specialist, and $300 with our founder and director. Every one of them is trained in the Vogel Method. Most of our therapists do most of the services, and each has their own specialty, whether that is general wellness, prenatal, postpartum, lymphedema drainage, CDT with compression bandaging, lipedema, or oncology support. The difference in fee is the difference in credentials and years in practice.

We hold a dedicated $99 first-visit rate for seniors 65 and over. It applies once with each of our therapists, so you can find the right fit without it costing you to look. It is not applied retroactively, it does not combine with other discounts, and return visits are at the regular rate.

Most conditions we treat respond to a series rather than a single visit. Lymphedema, post-surgical swelling, and recurring puffiness settle over several sessions, so a prepaid series lowers the cost per session and keeps your care on the steady cadence that moves fluid best. Every session below runs 70 minutes, and the rate falls the longer the series runs.

Which series suits you depends on what we are treating, and your therapist maps that at your assessment. To start one, ask us at your first visit or through our online booking page. A self-pay clinic that shows you the whole picture.
We are a self-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance directly, and being upfront about that is the fairest thing we can do for you. You pay for your session at the time of care, and we email you an itemized superbill you can submit to your own insurer. HSA and FSA are accepted. FSA usually requests a letter of necessity from your doctor, not from NLC. No referral is needed to book.
Many plans reimburse medically necessary lymphatic therapy once you file that superbill. Of course NLC cannot promise what your insurer will decide, because that sits with them. What we can promise is a document that lists your service, the date, the fee, and CPT code 97124. We do not provide an ICD‑10 code, but your doctor would do that in their script and letter of medical necessity.
Simple to book, clear on the terms.
Booking runs through our online booking page. We keep a card on file when you book, and a 48-hour cancellation notice keeps your spot open for another client who needs care. A reschedule, cancellation, or no-show inside that window is charged in full. Nothing is charged beyond the session you attend otherwise.
You can settle up by cash or card at the time of your visit. Card payments carry a 4% processing fee, so if you would rather avoid it we also accept Zelle at 630-819-0508.
If you are recovering from surgery, we time your sessions to your recovery and coordinate with your surgeon. Some conditions need your physician's clearance before we begin, and your assessment is where we confirm all of that. We see clients at three Illinois clinics: Hinsdale, Downers Grove, and Joliet.
