We accept HSA, FSA, Zelle, Cash, Check, Credit card. A card on file is accepted to hold your appointment. A 48 hour notice of cancellation is appreciated or will result in full charge or prepaid forfeit and credit given to the Therapist as this has prevented the center and the Therapist from serving another patient.

Downers Grove is not wheelchair accessible. There are four steps at the entrance and no elevator. If step-free access matters, our Joliet clinic is wheelchair accessible with an elevator, and we will gladly book you there.
Please note: there are four wide stairs, an elevated sidewalk, and elevated flooring inside the clinic. It is not a safe fit if you are at risk of falling.
