The first visit starts with a health review.
When your recipient redeems their certificate, their first visit opens with a health review before any hands-on work. Their therapist reviews their history and looks at how their body is holding fluid before any hands-on work begins. As Sharon puts it, there is not just one way to do lymph drainage, because everyone is different. That review is how we make sure the session suits the person you gave it to.
It also keeps them safe. We do not perform drainage on patients with certain conditions, and the health review is where we catch that. The gift you give arrives as care shaped around their needs.
