Designed programs

What it is like to work with us.

Lymphatic work is a course of care, not a single appointment. Your program is designed around your assessment and changes as you improve, moving from intensive work with the Clinic Director to a rhythm you can keep. Here are the four stages.

The program

Four stages, in order.

  1. 01Where every program starts

    Assessment with the Clinic Director

Your first visit is an assessment, an evaluation and a treatment, with the Clinic Director at your clinic. They go through your history, check what your tissue is actually doing, and map the program from there. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral to start.

  2. 02The stretch that does the work

Intensive sessions with the Clinic Director

Sessions run close together while you stay with the Clinic Director. This is the part that changes the behaviour of the tissue, and it is why a program works when a single appointment often does not.

  3. 03Building on what changed

Weekly treatments with a licensed practitioner

Once the tissue is responding, the work moves to a licensed practitioner on your team and settles into a weekly rhythm. Same method, same plan, carried forward by a therapist trained in it.

  4. 04Holding what you gained

    Monthly maintenance

When you are where you wanted to get to, most clients keep a monthly visit to hold the gains, support mobility and stay ahead of it rather than starting over later.

Your program

No two look the same.

Someone coming in for bloat and puffiness and someone recovering from surgery are on very different timelines. How long each stage lasts, and how quickly you move between them, comes out of your assessment and gets adjusted as your tissue responds. Nothing here is a fixed package you are signed up to.

We are a private-pay clinic and do not bill insurance. There is no referral needed to start, and you can see what sessions cost on our pricing page. If lymphatic work is not the safe or right choice for you, we will say so at the assessment and point you to the care that is.
